RISC = riscaldamento

CM = corsa media: 20-30 secondi più lenti al chilometro rispetto al ritmo di gara dei 10 km.
CV = corto veloce: 10-15 secondi più lenti al chilometro rispetto al ritmo di gara dei 10 km.
DEF = defaticamento: andatura molto facile, a piacere.
LL = lungo lento: 1 minuto più lento al chilometro rispetto al ritmo gara dei 10 km.
PR = progressione: partendo al ritmo del proprio CM, incrementare l’andatura di 5 secondi al chilometro.
